I believe that a high level of competence and professionalism was displayed by the consultant and his team at all times which is refreshing and much appreciated in particular when the NHS is under close scrutiny. It is to be noted that, particularly in my case, the nurses displayed a keen sense of humour and a high level of tolerance in administering my care!
