"Outstanding (Emergancy C Section)"

We would like to thank all the staff in the maternity services team and especially those who have contributed to our care in and out of the hospital. our pregnancy journey has been difficulty and have visited many services in other areas in receiving care but the staff and service that we received was overwhelming. We cant express out gratitude to everyone enough, your work, professionalism and dedication to your jobs shone through when you supported us through times that were positive and extremely sensitive. through these times despite how difficult for us we were fully informed sensitively of what was happening, what could happen and our choices, all were clearly and calmly explained. even at the times of having an emergency c section we continue to be overwhelmed at the efficiency, coordination, communication and how everyone worked together as a team to help us. without any drought in our minds with out all these point the outcome could of been extremely different. we are now happy parents to a baby girl. You all do an amazing job and I find everyone of you inspirational and have made such an impact on our lives with your kindness and understanding. Thank you
