"avoid if possible"

About: Lings Bar Hospital

My mum stayed at ling's bar for rehab following a four month stay in hospital during chemotherapy. During her stay, she got very little sleep due to being placed in a bay with a woman who constantly shouted for attention. This sivatin was not addressed by staff despite me querying it at the time and may have contributed to my mum's terminal relapse diagnosis. I found staff unapproachable, rude both to myself and patients and that a 'closed shop' atmosphere existed. Too much favouritism was diplayed and it was difficult to see what a lot of staff did other than write notes all day.
