My mother had a nasty fall at @ 6. 30 one morning, she could not use her wrist so I took her to A&E at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. The staff were fantastic, she was seen by a lovely staff nurse called Kate who went out of her way to help my mum in a calm, professional and very kind way. Doctor Joseph took care of mum and he too went the extra mile to ensure she understood all that was going on, (no mean feat as my mother is 93 years old and very hard of hearing). He was so kind to my mum I felt I must record it somewhere. The staff in A&E arranged for the outreach team to see us before we went home, They provided us with some mobility aids and arranged for carers to come and help. Big Thank you to all at the RSCH.
"Pleased with my mother's visit to A&E"
