I can only applaud the professional, caring manner in which all the staff showed when my Father was admitted to the A&E department. He was well cared for (treated with respect and dignity too), with clear explanation of what the next course of treatment was going to be undertaken. Both clinical and administration staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank -you.
