About: Charing Cross Hospital

My 89 year old father was transferred to the stroke ward in July &, though he didn't regain consciousness, all the staff looking after him could not have done any more to make him comfortable. His every need was taken care of. Being paralysed he couldn't move so they kept turning him. Also cleaning him when needed & they couldn't have been more caring for me when he unfortunately passed away. Being a stranger in London they also took the time to give me the necessary paperwork & to explain where to go, even providing a street map of the area. No matter what bad write-ups the NHS gets I for one will always be there to disagree. Thank you Charing Cross Hospital.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is pleased to have your feedback via NHS Choices. We are sorry to hear about your father's death but we thank you for taking the time to share your kind appreciation for the care he received at the end of life and for the help and support provided to you at such a difficult time.
