"Excellent GP surgery in spite of their struggles with poor funding climate"

I turned in desperation to Queensway Medical Centre, Wellingborough when Northamptonshire Healthcare FT fell short of its duty of Care from the Community Mental Health Team. I have always felt respected and treated well by all at Queensway. The staff, manager, receptionists, Nurses and doctors seem to have a better attitude towards mental illness and self harm than any mental health professional I have ever met!

I know they do not have all the answers but the kind attitude of each member of Staff there, not to mention the odd cup of tea and them having the sensitivity to find me a private space when Ive been distressed in the waiting area. They have also been trying to liaise with the mental health teams to establish what has gone wrong and negotiate a solution.

Thank you Queensway.. Keep up the good work. You all deserve a medal.
