Clean and pleasant, comfortable waiting area, not overcrowded. Reception staff are lovely and polite. Consultant very pleasant taken on time into private room. Listened to my problems and made a referral for extra investigations at my request( although unfortunately these will have to be done at two other hospitals) nerve conduction at Tyneside and X-ray at RVI which is a bit inconvenient. However still very impressed with cobalt as a choice for my upcoming procedure Also very flexible around appointments as I had to rearrange twice around work circumstances
