We took our 1 year old son for an appointment which had been arranged following a consultation with a 111 advisor. The process was really easy the reception staff where very helpful. The doctor that we saw was extremely approachable and very thorough and gave our son a thorough examination. The doctor put us at ease and was very good with our son who was quite distressed. Wish we could thank him personally.
