2 appointments in dermatology now, both appointments late! 40 minutes late in April 2014, 20 minutes late in September 2014. No apologies, no explanation...but stroppy staff! No automatic appointment as promised but I had to ring 2 times to get my next appointment. I think I will have to ring in November 2014 because I reckon my appointment won't show! Rubbish!
