My very elderly mother was admitted via A and E. I would like to thank the staff of Quince Ward,(and A&E) for treating her so very kindly and with dignity during her 3 day stay. I know this is what we should always be entitled to expect, but it was reassuring on this occasion feeling you are leaving someone in good hands.
