I have been going to Physio for some months following an operation on my left shoulder. On 8 August I had a fall on the way home from Physio near my home. On 21 August attended Physio, but my physiotherapist was not happy with my shoulder and sent me to X-ray.The x-ray showed that I had a small fracture and arranged for me to attend the Fracture Clinic at Hillingdon Hospital. That went well - no surgery and was discharged with advice to book an appoointment with Physio at MVH. Congratulations and thanks to my physiotherapist for her excellent diagnosis.

Very many thanks for taking the time to make this encouraging comment on NHS Choices, which is very much appreciated. We like to think that we give a good service to our patients, and that we are diligent in our assessments, but it is always reassuring to hear that we have been thorough, and were able to flag up something that did not look quite as we expected.
