I sent an email to the PALS dept. late last night 9/9/2014 requesting help that they may be able to give me concerning an operation, at 10 am this morning ( 10/9/2014 ) I had a reply from a member of staff who answered all my queries in a very polite and professional manner. another 5 stars to torbay, ( and a big thank you to all concerned ) regards Howard.
