"How i was quick to be seen as ..."

About: Yeovil District Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

How i was quick to be seen as it was a quiet saturday morning.

What could be improved

The attitude of the staff in Orthopedics, as i went in because of my foot, they only wanted me to have the steroid injection and would not give me any other options except getting a second opinion, to me this seems just a way to get patients in and out quickly, especially as i was in an extra clinic. i am going back to my GP this week to get reffered somewhere else. The consultant i saw was very rude to me and did not try to help me at all, he wanted the quickest way to get rid of me, not what was in my best interests, surely hospitals should respect the wishes of patients.
