"Shocking triage nurse chichester hospital"

About: St Richard's Hospital

So....my sister arrives at A&e with numbness in her arm and pain that is worsening....yet she is rudley told to go to the GP! A patient crying in emence pain and numbness, sent away without evening taking more time to see what maybe wrong! Shameful treatment....if that was something very serious then I hope you are proud of yourself! How would his nurse have felt if that was her! The staff have to much of a whatever, we see it all the time and they forget these are real people with real pain! Take a moment people...take a moment! Whoever the nurse was on duty at chichester hospital I hope you are proud of your work effort so far this morning....nice job!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you had a poor experience in our A/E department. We expect our staff to treat all our patients with full respect and courtesy at all times. We have shared this feedback with the matron for the department who will investigate with the team on duty and ensure that they appreciate the impact on you and your sister. Please accept our sincere apologies. We do hope that your sister's condition has now improved but if you need to return again for any emergency treatment that you both will not hesitate to do so.
