I visited Lancaster A & E last night with my son who had sustained a cricket injury. The injury happened in nets at about 7.30 pm, we attended at 8.00 pm and were back home before 9.30 pm having had an initial examination, x-ray and then the dislocated finger popped back in by the doctor, with a follow up appointment arranged for today. All staff from reception to triage, radiology, nurses and doctor were fantastic, friendly and efficient and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Well done Morecambe Bay NHS Trust!
