What I liked
Attitudes and friendliness of all staff involved with my treatment.
Cleanliness of wards and departments.
The food.
What could be improved
Car parking.
Anything else?
Since the end of November 2008 I have gradually worked my way through Wards A4,A5(twice), and A6. On each hospital stay ALL of the staff in A and E, Assessment Ward the A Wards and Theatre have been absolutley brilliant. This includes the Porters, Ward Carers, Cleaners, the ladies who bring round the tea and coffee and the staff in the the Catering Depatrment.
This was my first ever stay in hospital and I was very nervous. Everything about my treatment was explained to me and nothing seemd to be too much trouble.
