I came in late morning on a Monday with what I thought was a sprained wrist. The waiting room was close to full and evem though there were people being called up regularly there was still a flow of people coming in. Despite this, the steady flow of people being called never slowed and what I had in the end (broken wrist) was dealt with quickly but efficiently. Many thanks for your help.
