"Never again"

About: Warrington Hospital

Made to feel stupid for coming in whilst in labour. Not first baby so i think i know when im almost ready to deliver. The midwife wanted me to go home, lucky i protested and stayed as baby born within few hours. If they spend less time having tea breaks, chatting in corridors and using their mobiles messaging, they might be able to give you the care they get paid to give. Dont get me wrong some of them care but several i watched are more interested in slacking. No discipline and i am afraid lack of staff who really care.

Thank you for your feedback and hope everything is going well with the new arrival. We'd be grateful for a bit more information on your experience which our supervisors of midwives can use to improve the service further in the future. They can be contacted at midwives.supervisor@whh.nhs.uk and hold regular meetings and feedback sessions to listen to your experiences.
