"Lumbar puncture"

I recently had to have a lumbar puncture and I admit to being a little bit apprehensive about it. However, I need not have worried at all.I was in the safe and very capable hands of my MS nurse. My nurse reassured me from the minute I entered her care until I was discharged following the procedure. The procedure was virtually pain free and I felt totally confident in this nurse's hands. She even phoned me at home, to see how I was doing. I cannot speak highly enough about the care I was given.
