"Attitude of some staff"

There are some good staff at this home, but others are not responsive or respectful to the elderly residents & relatives needs. They seem to spend a lot of time gossiping amongst themselves or standing smoking outside behind the dining room. If you ask for information some carers will tell you its not their job, You need to speak to the senior, are they not capable of reading the residents notes and giving information themselves?

I feel the staff here need better opportunities & training and some could do with a big improvement in their attitude.
