"Poor attitude - Ward 17"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as a carer),

Upon asking a member of staff a simple question regarding my relative, the overall attitude was very poor. Their overall demeanor was very brash and unhelpful.

The first face you see on the ward should be a welcoming one, not that of a member of staff who can not seem to be bothered to do their job.

I am truly sorry to read your posting. Thank you for making the effort. As the GHH senior site team we are keen to feed this message back to the relevant teams and to start feed this comment into the improvement work we are doing in this hospital.
