(as the patient),

I attended for a colonoscopy 4 weeks ago. The nursing staff were efficient and friendly and I was taken down for the procedure promptly.

Special mention goes to Warren Chapman who put me at ease and the whole process was a breeze. There was also a lovely nurse who reassured me the whole way through and I left the department feeling I had really been cared for.

I would recommend this unit.
