Very pleased with my new knee, was kept extremely well informed of the whole process. Nursing staff and physios were amazingly happy and helpful and couldn't do enough for me and they had time to reassure and tell me exactly what was happening. Pre op-checks were thorough, the Surgeon and Anaesthatist were very reassuring. I really also must mention the food, which was wonderful!
