What I liked

I have been in Derriford on a number of occasions, having had triple bypass about 8 years ago and a stent fitted more recently, together with more minor consultations. ALL the staff with whom I have been in contact have been totally professional in their conduct and the hospital was clean and comfortable.

What could be improved

My only complaint is that there is NO direct bus service from Plymouth train station to the hospital, and car parking is difficult and frequently time consuming.

Smokers should have a dedicated area and should NOT stand outside the main doors.

Anything else?

The same remarks apply to Treliske Hospital, Truro Cornwall. Both Derriford and Treliske are excellent hospitals.
