"Above and beyond"

Today I had reason to send 2 clients from our drop in (for homeless) to the minor injuries unit. I called ahead to inform the staff what to expect. I was extremely impressed by the kindness and care afforded to 2 people who were not being altogether helpful. The staff called me a couple of times for information and it was apparent that they were doing everything in their power to help. Thank you.
