I visited the local community based Drugs service in Sparkbrook Birmingham called KIKIT Pathways to Recovery.
This is a great project and is managed by a local ex user. The staff were really professional and understood my cultural barriers I faced trying to access help.
I am on a 12 step Recovery program that is Islamic based and I am off drugs now.
