It is impossible to get through the main switchboard and contact someone at the Fracture clinic. I have been trying to contact the fracture clinic urgently to book a follow up appointment for my 4 year old since morning (last 7 hours) and NO ONE picks the phone. Can you believe the kind of people that have been employed at reception who can't even do the basic job properly ? This is an utter waste of tax payers money. Will never recommend this clinic to anyone.
