"Great from start to end"

We recently had our daughter at Russells Hall. I have to say from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, very supportive of our decisions and kept us informed what would be going on at all times whilst we were there. When we were taken to the labour ward, my midwife was fantastic! My midwife explained everything and what different procedures would be taken if things didn't go to plan. My midwife was very supportive and answered any questions. After 5 hours we welcomed our daughter into the world just before a shift change! It was a great experience which could have been a lot different if we didn't have the support from the midwife. The aftercare I received was also excellent, very supportive staff and always willing to help or answer any questions. Overall a brilliant experience :-)
