"Jubilee day surgery fantastic"

I've never had surgery before, so didn't know what to expect. The staff in the Jubilee Day surgery were fantastic; they seemed to have plenty of time for all the patients and the place had a relaxed, professional and reassuring atmosphere. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail; it was good to see the nurses meticulously clean every item and every bed after every use - not just a quick wipe, but a proper clean. Thanks to all the staff for making my (brief) stay as pleasant as possible.
