given treatment for pre-cancer cells in may this year 2014, I was told by staff that I would receive an appointment in two months after to check and see if another treatment was necessary, not received. phoned them approximately one week later after treatment as I had found another area on my head. asked for another appointment no appointment arrived, it is now September2014 , and I have been trying to phone over the last month . to get an appointment, answering machine was not on. phone this morning at 9am 8th September answering machine on .I will be giving Dermatology department two day to respond only
