I just wanted to comment on the wonderful care I received while diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy.
I had to attend the EPU and ward 6 for a couple of weeks while I was monitored. I was then admitted and had surgery. Every person I came across was helpful and friendly.
My surgery was clearly explained to me by the surgeon (Evelyn I think) and I felt at ease at such an emotional time. She also came to visit after the surgery to see how I was which I thought was very nice of her.
A special thanks to Kirsty on ward 6 who looked after me and Jim the anethnatist who made me laugh when I really just wanted to cry.
