"Delay in cardiology test results"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I had an echo test on by two charming technician. There were no problems but as for results-that is another story. It took 10 days to reach my cardiologist and then a letter was sent by mail to my GP. Of course it never arrived so, a month later I am none the wiser.

This is really poor when I compare this to my twin brother's experience in Israel where the same test was done and results obtained on the same day!

So much for the NHS!
