"cancelation of appointment"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

When you change an appointment you need to take it to account the patients information. Example. I saw my consultant back in March, he said he need to see me in 6 months time I received for October (so far so good) I now receive a letter telling me my appointment been changed till March 2015 that will be 12 months since he saw me not 6. This is not the first time this as happened. Some one needs to get their act together
