I just want to thank all of the staff who treated me in the Day Surgery Unit yesterday for their kindness and professional care. They conveyed a blend of informality and professional expertise that put me at my ease and reassured me that I was in the hands of a well-integrated team of professionals who could give me excellent treatment. It was the best experience I have ever had when undergoing hospital treatment.
