Thank you all for the care and patience shown during a recent visit to a&e with end of my finger cut off. Despite the blood trail I was leaving all the staff were so nice. The advice re the Plastic Surgery Clinic at Lister was spot on. You all have a really difficult job yet do it with such care. The only thing I would improve is the media's attitude towards you. Thank you
