"Not able to get in touch with anyone/missing information"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

after receiving a letter of what my MRI scan results were I noticed that something was missing in the report. I tried to contact the secretary over two days and only ever got a message saying to leave details as she was not available to take my call. I left a message but no call back so I rang the next day and got the same message. I looked up other telephone numbers and called two of them only to receive the same message on each. No one was able to take my call.
