I attended the Physiotherapy Ward today, my appointment at 2:10, and I was seen by 2:14. Great that they were on time, was extremely happy about this, also it was nice that they had a note up stating ''If you have not been seen within 10 minutes of your appointment time, please ask at the reception'', which made me think that the times are very reliable. The woman who I met with took some information, then helped me out with new walking aids, as my crutches had given me a lot of trouble. She offered me a new set of crutches, and a walking stick to use on better days. I was more than happy with this, and she was very polite. She also recommended me getting different shoes to help with my back pain. Although that wasn't the reason for me to come in, it was nice that she gave some helpful advice. If I ever have to attend the Physiotherapy department again, I would be more than happy to. Absolutely spot on.
"Wonderful trip to physiotherapy today."
