What I liked
as a realtives we were treated with respect.Not only was our father cared for but we were as well. We were kept fully informed about our fathers . Bad news was broken hosestly but sensitively
What could be improved
A doctor to talk to us on arrival instead of having to wait until morning. ( we had a nine hour wait to see the doctor)
Anything else?
Nursing staff were friendly, kept us informed. They nursing care was brilliant - could not fault them
