All the staff were so friendly and pleasant. After several visits for physiotherapy I then was treated by a lovely Lady, She examined me and decided to give me two injections in my shoulder after a few days all the extreme pain went. This result was fantastic after three months of pain. The Department I visited was Physiotherapy which is not on your list.
