What could be improved

I suffer from arthritis and was referred to the doctor in the Reumatology dept as I have moved house and needed continuation of care.I found him very uncaring and disrepectful of my condition and the pain I was suffering. Over the years I have gained extensive experience of rheumatologists in many hospitals across the UK and abroad and he is the worst one I have seen. I refused to be treated by him and I am now reciving excellent care from another doctor at Kings Mill Hospital.

Anything else?

I feel very sorry for anyone else who is suffering the pain of arthritis and has the misfortune to be referred to the doctor.I am fortunate to have the confidence to change consultants but I am sure many elderley and frail people may not.
