"Incompetent, rude, uncaring"

Elderly grandmother sent there to receive palliative care for end of life. Nothing but incompetent, rude, insensitive and frankly horrible staff. The whole Barnsley system is broken. From g.p's to General to Social services to this dump. No inter department communication, nonsense about 'data protection', and other rubbish. Can you even beleive they told us she would die within 72 hours....then called to say, 'sorry, wrong patient, we were talking about someone else!'
