I found the doctor interested in my condition.

What could be improved

I had an MRI scan on 1 Feb, after my consultation. Since then I have heard nothing at all. When I phoned MRI said the results had gone to the above doctor, his secreatary said they had not arrived, although she said she would follow them up. No date was given for my next consultation and the suggestion was that this would be some time because the department was moving office. I am wondering if I can be of help in speeding matters up? My business runs efficiently and my customers never suffer delays. I recently moved office too but we did this overnight so that business was unaffected. Simple but it works! We send important documents around the world and ensure they arrive on time by having effective transit arrangements run by professional couriers with penalties for late arrival. This should not be too difficult for you, especially as the distances involved are relatively short.
