"Very poor service on more than 1 occasion"

I made a formal complaint about the services at the hospital. I had a referral with a department, they cancelled an appointment and then never sent a follow up. I returned to the GP 6 months later as I didn't receive any communication. I was informed that my referral was still in place and they would get in contact with the hospital. I received an appointment which I went to today. I checked in as normal and was told to wait in the waiting area. After about 10/15 minutes a nurse called me into a room. The nurse informed me that she wasn't really sure why I was there. The nurse told me that due to test results I had to go back to the doctors. The nurse then changed her mind and said that because I had put in a complaint that they wouldn't deal with me. I questioned why it wasn't in my notes? The nurse told me that it may have been a recent correspondence and I had to go back to the GP. I contacted the surgery and explained what had happened. I was informed that the doctors had not received any correspondence from the hospital, also the test rely were just basic results. I feel that I have been lied to and feel completely let down yet again.
