What I liked
Went to the paediatric a+e you run on the north middlesex site when my daughter had a minor eye injury. turned up around 7 am.
What could be improved
Staff were pleasant. It was hard to see what the delay with being treated was and I wasn't given any sense of waiting time. However she was being seen within 15-20 minutes for a gruesome looking but it turns out pretty harmless problem
Anything else?
Not a bad experience of the NHS, child was reassured, a little more flagging up how long wait and so forth might have been a bit better
