About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

(as the patient),

What I liked

with few exceptions, the medical care I received was excellent... but the waiting list is too long.

Food and cleansiness were good.

What could be improved

the hospital administrative interface with patients is unimpressive to say the least. Outpatients appointments and Admissions seem to be highly populated by haughty, sloppy, uncaring, unhelpful people unable to own up to their mistakes. Pleasant and proactive traits are rare.
