What I liked
I have been to the hospital a number of times for blood tests and despite the staff having problems extracting samples they have remained cheerful, courteous and calming. (it is a difficulty I have always suffered with and not down to the staff)
What could be improved
The only thing that could be improved would be to have the Saturday blood testing as a permanent fixture. For those of us who work it is a major plus. Also to have a phlebotomist as a permanent fixture at every session!
Anything else?
When I moved to the area and hadn't yet managed to register with a doctor the nurses gave me my regular B12 injection. Again were pleasant and helpful and gave advice on how to register etc.
