What I liked
The staff in Portman Ward/Ward 4 few special ones made my stay a joy, it was a brilliant experience I felt like I was on an all inclusive holiday break, I obviously needed the rest and they all made me welcome and comfortable.
Special thanks to Portman:Staff Nurses. Ward 4 nurses.
What could be improved
Patient Line needs updating.
Anything else?
Only disappointment was the pharmacy not supplying all my drugs have had to arrange for someone to get them for me while visiting a sick relative.
I must say I have no complaints at all really about the NHS I have so many ailments and illnesses and have not had to wait for investigations or or treatment hardly at all. I will be back again soon, though maybe not for a sleep over, but if I do, I look forward to it. Am I sad or what! Thank you all xxx
