"Lack of knowledge of staff on duty"

About: Alexandra Hospital

Our daughter went to a&e with diabetic foot ulcers the area treated in was not clean and very untidy not a good start , also doctor came in no introduction and his name badge could not be seen as it was facing backwards . Then a nurse came in to swab my daughters foot one ulcer on heel was the infected one the other not so but starting to heal the nurse used the same swab on both ulcers even to myself I found this not right , my wife who was present a nurse herself questioned this procedure knowing it's not correct but the nurse on duty seemed to think all ok will not visit this department again it needs to do a lot of work in staff training and the cleanness of the dept my word would be disgusting .
