"Physiotherapy on hands"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I saw Dr Todd and soon after had my physiotherapy appointment. When I was given exercises for my hands to straighten my fingers I took details of the exercises home and continued them. Second appt made for mid-August which I had to cancel because I had a TIA (transient ischaemic attack).

Physiotherapist said tendons were swollen and he would write to Dr Todd to arrange injections.

At the end of August I saw Dr Todd who promised to arrange a referral to Hospital Clinic when she receives a letter from the Physiotherapist.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent experience with the TRAQS team.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unwell and were unable to attend one of your appointments but hope that you are soon feeling the benefits of your continuing treatment and are feeling much better.

We wish you well for the future and would like to thank you again for taking the time to share your comments.
